This year, it is his opportunity to sign as Manheim Township's starting quarterback. I saw him throw at the Prep Redzone Showcase in May, and I was blown away by his ability to throw the ball. He ended up right outside the top 5 performers after coming late from baseball practice. Kenneff is a talented quarterback with excellent mechanics and footwork. He throws an accurate ball into tight windows well. He played as a wide receiver and a defensive back last year. He also blocked an extra point and even threw the ball on a trick play when he took the handoff. As a wide receiver, he runs excellent routes. I saw him run a post-corner route that was awesome. On another route, I saw him run a hitch then pivot outside. On defense, he was a good tackler from his defensive back position. He also displayed good coverage skills. The 1st two plays from his film are a kickoff return and a punt return for touchdowns. On both returns, you see why Feliciano is such a talented football player. He has world-class speed, and once he gets into the open field, he uses that speed and his elusiveness to break tackles of helpless defenders. Good luck trying to kick it to him because all he needs is a seam, and he is off to the races. This is also why he is an ideal slot receiver that you can throw the ball to in space and let him make defenders miss. He is a good tight end who is excellent at blocking on the edge against defensive ends. If Manheim Township ran towards his side, you could always count on Minguez sealing that side. The other thing he did well was down block and also go block linebackers at the next level. His ability to get off the ball and disrupt offensive linemen is impressive. He uses his hands well as he engages with offensive linemen and then rips through them. He then has a motor that never quits as he is constantly chasing plays all over the field. He also has good pass-rush moves. His ability to move is impressive from his guard position. He is the rare guard who can go out on the kickoff team and cover the kickoff and still go and play guard at a high level. Since he is so athletic, he is excellent at pulling. Township used him a lot in various gap schemes where he was kicking out or leading up through run plays. He also moves his feet well, and that enables him to excel as a pass blocker. He does an important job because long snappers are an invaluable part of football. His film from last year appears to be from the freshman football team, and he displayed good skills. He is excellent as a running back and slot receiver. He can score anytime he touches the ball because he has good speed. He also shows a good burst when he hits the hole and has the ability to make defenders miss in space. Then, as a slot receiver, he catches the ball well out of the backfield and makes defenders miss in space well. He has a good stance and fires off the ball well. He also shows good ability to fire off the ball and run block well. His ability to play off the ball and rush off the edge is impressive. One of the best things I saw in his film is his ability to take on blocks and maintain his leverage. He is excellent at reading the play and then keeping contain outside. He also shows a motor that never quits as he chases plays down all over the field. He is also a good tackler, who tackles well in the open field. Finally, looking at his off-season work, I expect him to get some playing time at running back and possibly start. He is that highly skilled of a player. He has great size (6'2") and athleticism for a wide receiver.
