Taking a look at Jack Birt Jack Birt 6'2" | 265 lbs | OL/DL St. Albert | 2027 State IA ‘s measurables and the way he shows up on tape, it’s immediately easy to see why schools like Morningside are in on the junior offensive lineman. Standing at 6-foot-2 and 265 pounds, Birt still has plenty of room to fill out on his frame, and he’s a punishing left tackle for St. Albert’s.
With a high motor and driving knees, Birt just manhandles defensive ends across from him. Locking on and not letting go, Birt pushes his assigned down man down the field till the whistle ends, or he uses their own generated momentum to throw them to the ground in pass coverage.

Read EvaluationRob Howe | Prep Redzone Scout
Birt contributed on both sides of the ball as a sophomore in 2024. On defense, he recorded 14.0 tackles working on the front. He absorbed blocks and offered promise at the position. Birt’s performance on the offensive line might better foreshadow his future, however. As we can witness when watching his 10th-grade highlight video, Birt is a mauler. He operates at left tackle, showing a high proficiency in run blocking. It could portend a future on the inside at the next level. His agility and strength would play up on the interior. That’s not to rule out tackle, but it speaks to Birt’s talent that he projects at multiple positions. That versatility should attract colleges.
