Between a string of mega camps, summer workouts, 7-on-7 events and more, rising seniors are giving prospective colleges every reason to pay attention.

Yes, we all know of the delayed cycle for those outside the Power 4 realm. That doesn't mean 2026s across South Carolina haven't been putting in the work necessary to get them to the next level.

These seven have all made solid work of their final offseason of high school ball. We believe it will be rewarded sooner rather than later. With each player, we've listed their current offers (to the best of our knowledge) and what we believe to be a realistic ceiling in terms of being a Day 1 college contributor.

Depending on their senior seasons, we wouldn't be shocked to see any of them surpass those predictions. We're going to crank through a bunch of these over the next month. For now, we start with these seven who have impressed us in recent months.

[player_tooltip player_id='816736' first='Terry' last='Gordon'] LB, South Florence

Gordon has been a production monster for the last two seasons. There are next to no holes in his game. And while his height probably hurts his college prospects, his ability to play this game at a high level while the pieces around him have rotated significantly is undeniable.

Current offers: Anderson

Recruiting ceiling: FCS

[player_tooltip player_id='617718' first='Kenshon' last='Speaks'] OL, Beaufort

Speaks is among the most durable and reliable offensive linemen in the state - regardless of classification - over the last three seasons. He started inside as a freshman, made the move to tackle as a sophomore and has been dominating since. He's the next man up in a talented OL class.

Current offers: None

Recruiting ceiling: FBS

[player_tooltip player_id='1025776' first='Raleigh' last='Salters'] LB, Dutch Fork

Salters spent most of last season keeping his head down while the pair of P4 recruits playing alongside him got most of the love. Don't sleep on what the 5-foot-9, 190-pound linebacker will do as a senior, though. Salters is a game changer who might be some DII program's all-time leading tackler here in a few years.

Current offers: Brevard

Recruiting ceiling: FCS

[player_tooltip player_id='816740' first='Marcus' last='Cann'] ATH, Bamberg-Ehrhardt

Cann's first college offer (Hampden-Sydney) is only a few days old. But what we've seen out of him since the end of his junior campaign is a player ready to step out of the shadows that existed under Bamberg-Ehrhardt's now-departed senior class. Cann is a weapon.

Current offers: Hampden-Sydney

Recruiting ceiling: FCS

[player_tooltip player_id='1025784' first='Roper' last='Wentzky'] QB, AC Flora

Wentzky loses a lot of his football recruitability due to his baseball commitments from January-May every year. He's a prospect in that sport, too, to be sure. But his quick-trigger right arm and his accuracy can't be ignored. The more time he's on the gridiron, the better his chances of landing on a college football program.

Recruiting ceiling: DII

[player_tooltip player_id='473025' first='Andre' last='Grate'] ATH, Waccamaw

The only reason Grate (pictured) slipped through the cracks as long as he did was because he was a team player who stepped in at the quarterback position for the Warriors and their run-oriented offense. He's not a signal caller in college, but his athleticism and team-first mentality can't be overlooked.

Current offers: Presbyterian

Recruiting ceiling: DII

[player_tooltip player_id='1592687' first='Jameerion' last='Oliver'] LB, TL Hanna

Oliver had a nice showing at the Carolinas Coaches Combines at Spartanburg, only to turn around a few weeks later and perform even better during the Invite Only event from the series. He's a high-production linebacker who finished his junior year with 93 total tackles and a ton of impact plays.
