He maintains a firm base, and mirrors with confident hand placement to control leverage, he’s also quick to identify and pick up stunts. His lateral quickness fits zone concepts, and his leg drive consistently moves defenders off their spot.

Forrest keeps his hips square in pass protection and rarely overextends, minimizing recovery reps. There’s visible upper-body strength in his punch, and he sustains blocks rather than just initiating contact. Forrest is technically advanced and assignment-sound- making him one of the more college ready players in his position.

Forrest is a fundamentally sound, true IOL projection with years of starting experience under his belt. Shorter player, but he is an efficient mover with good foot speed, balance, and hands. Even at his size, could still play a tackle spot in a pinch given his athleticism and fundamentals. Love the versatility and the floor here, expecting more D1 buzz this offseason.
