Offor has FBS size, strength, and quickness, and he began to put it all together last season. His more consistent junior tape has me excited to watch him as a senior. With prototypical measurables, it was always a matter of putting it all together on the field. Offor’s quickness, given his size, is impressive. Even better is that it’d be difficult to find a tackle who finishes blocks as violently and consistently as the Enloe tackle. He’s nasty in the running game, and his athleticm suggests he has a high pass-blocking ceiling. If he continues to play like this, he’ll move up our rankings again at the next update.

Offor has a unique skillset, as he’s both extremely athletic and extremely large. He’s run a laser-timed 5.11 40, a testament to his footwork and movement skills. He’s not the most experienced of the linemen on this list, but he really played well down the stretch for Enloe in 2024. Given his combination of size and speed, it’s easy to think the nuances of the tackle position will come in time and that he could be a fast-rising recruit.
