The mobily Carter can creat outside of the pocket at that size caught my attention in his eval as he moves more like a running back outside of the pocket with his elusiveness getting out of a jam and creating yards from the run. He has a big arm that can unload downfield with sound accuracy for his age. Just last week he unloaded for four passing touchdowns with 313 total yards in a 49-7 win over Norfolk Catholic. He’s one that looks very poised for age and can turn a nothing into something plays with how calm he appears to be. Surely a 2029 quarterback that I have a next-level grade on already on this class that surely going to be stockriser from the 2029 watchlist onto the rankings.

As a freshman, Carter completed 14 of his 21 pass attempts for 178 yards, two passing touchdowns, and a 124.7 QBR. Vrana also rushed for 52 yards and two touchdowns, so he does have some wheels to make defenses pay on the ground. Carter’s most recent listed size is 6’2″ and 165 pounds, so he’s already starting to hit some of the measurables that coaches will look for and will only continue to grow in the upcoming seasons.
