His ability to fire off the ball as a linebacker and chase plays down all over the field is impressive. He has great instincts. His ability to read the play and then attack upfield is impressive. He is a true sideline-to-sideline player. As a blizter he is out of this world. He does well attacking off the edge to make plays. Offensive tackles struggle trying to contain him on the edge. Hickman projects as a Division One prospect. He recently picked up an offer from Kentucky. Hickman will have plenty of options.”.

He played as an edge defender and as an off-ball linebacker. He shows good speed at both positions and chases downplays all over the field. His ability to fire off and make plays in the offensive backfield is impressive as an edge defender. He has an explosion from his stance that is impressive to watch. From his linebacker position or the edge position, he explodes off the ball, and it is his natural athleticism taking over. Hickman is still raw but has potential and should only be better next season. He recently picked up an offer from Kentucky, as they are betting on his traits to be a successful College Player.
