There are some studs in this class who we have been keeping up with since their pee wee days. We want to take this time today to go ahead and check out their current process. These guys we mention today are going to be some top players in their class.

Asher Ghioto

Ghioto ran a 4.68 in the 40-yard dash on the laser this past weekend. That is super impressive for a 6-5, 240-pound edge player who is only a freshman. This young man is going to be a name that we are sure is going to ring bells for a long time. He can get out there and do a lot of things from his position. It is going to be good to watch his progress as he goes on in his varsity career. Ghioto is clearly one of the best 2028 players in the nation for his class.

[player_tooltip player_id='447349' first='Zaiden' last='Jernigan']

Jernigan has been on a nice roll this offseason. The stud from Louisville told us that he has been watching what he eats a lot. That says a lot for a young man who is his age. Jernigan wants to make sure that his body does what he needs it to do as he progresses in his high school career. Jernigan has been picking up a lot of more interest from colleges. We are thinking that he is another player who is going to be a top player in this class.

[player_tooltip player_id='648676' first='Braylen' last='Bedford']

Bedford is another 2028 prospect from Mississippi who we like a lot. He plays for Vardaman. We think that Bedford is going to be one of the top players in this class. Bedford is going to continue to get better. We are anxious to see how well his 40-yard dash time has improved this year. Bedford is also a player who we are looking forward to seeing play more offense this year. Last season, he made a lot of plays on offense.

[player_tooltip player_id='1600699' first='Acely' last='Brown']

Brown caught our attention last season. This young man was out there breaking off a lot of long runs. When he ran a 4.49 hand time as an 8th grader, that is what made a lot of people go and see who hie is. Brown does a great job of seeing the holes that he needs to see. He also knows how to make that one cut and burst really good.
