Expert Analysis
Ed OBrien | Prep Redzone Scout
Howard-Brown had his best game of the season during a 35-13 win over River Hill. He caught six passes for 130 yards and two touchdowns, more than doubling his output in those categories in the first two games. If I were him, I would’ve put his second-touchdown catch in this week’s highlights as the first play. He catches a short pass around River Hill’s 26-yard line, starts to go inside but stops on a dime, breaks back to the outside to avoid the tackle, and accelerates the rest of the way for the touchdown.

Coming in as the #13 overall ATH in the rankings, Damarcus is a do it all player for Guilford Park. Playing both CB and WR, Damarcus can play outside or in the slot for both positions adding to his versatility as a prospect.
He shows real nice ball skills, tracks the pass, quick to break on the pass on D or go up and high point the ball at WR. Damarcus has oily hips, able to change direction quickly with nice twitch/wiggle. He’s got playmaking ability with the ball in his hands as a WR. On defense, Damarcus displays excellent instincts and physicality, not afraid of contact and will come up and lay a hit.
