Wright came close to breaking the 2K mark in passing last season. He completed 114-of-194 passes for 1,898 yards, 16 touchdowns, and three interceptions. His team had a lot of lopsided victories, so he didn’t get to play full games. Wright, to my surprise after watching his highlights, did not run the football a whole lost last season (only 49 carries for 122 yards and four touchdowns). He looks very mobile in the pocket, easily escapes pressure in the pocket, and could probably run for a ton of yards if that’s what was needed. Wright makes quick reads and excels in the short-to-intermediate passing game. He does go through his progressions and is a pass-first quarterback.
