You can picture Williams on either side of the ball in college after watching his junior highlight video. He’s a big play waiting to happen in all three phases. Williams delivers while carrying the ball, whether on a return or making people miss after taking the handoff. He shows a good feel as a running back, patiently allowing blocks to set up and running to the opening. Williams also looks comfortable lining up in the secondary, where he fits best as a safety. He can cover or lower the boom.
