He puts that on display during his junior highlight video. A dual threat behind center, Toney-Walker can stress defenses with arm strength to stretch the field or zip the ball through tight windows. There’s the added headache of trying to contain him behind the line of scrimmage as he’s slick in read option and finding holes through which to run. There’s a lot of speed that could work on defense in college, but his skills at signal caller make him an immediate threat to Central opponents this fall.
