I think he is also going to be one of the better pass coverage guys in the game. Coates Jr. has what it takes to be good, and if he continues to improve, he will be one of the most complete linebackers in the state. All eyes are on Coates Jr. Coates Jr. ranks as the No. 3 prospect in the state of Louisiana for the class of 2028, while also ranking No. 23 in the state for the class of 2023.

is a player who has a ton of potential at the linebacker position. I am most excited to see how he does in this season due to his growing size, but his developing bag of tricks. He is likely a linebacker at the next level, but he is versatile enough to play off the EDGE when he is needed to. He will be a priority target for many schools across the country, thanks to his pass-rushing skills, but also his drop-back skills when needed in zone coverage. Coates Jr. is ranked too low and will need to be ranked higher in the next update.
