Another metro-Atlanta pass-catcher on the rise with an impressive combination of speed and ball skills, Flournoy is a quick, shifty wideout who can out-run defenders with the ability to make a tough catch low to the ground. He was one of the better receivers in the area and proved it on a weekly basis. The Lithonia wideout caught just 23 passes this season but took them 468 yards and seven touchdowns. He already has an impressive offer list and should see more come his way after his big sophomore season. He’s currently ranked as the No. 5 receiver in the state for the 2028 class with his best football still way ahead of him.
