Today, I'm looking at a strong group of 2026 hidden gem quarterback prospects. This group may not be a bunch of household names, but they are talented and have stepped up big-time for their respective schools. Some have the potential to play at the division one level, while others project well at the lower levels. Keep an eye on them as they wrap up their junior seasons.

London Morgan, 6'1" 180, Rouse

This young man is slippery within the pocket and has the wiggle to evade free rushers, he keeps his eyes downfield regardless of the circumstances and can expedite his release & get the football out to his hot read against the blitz.

[player_tooltip player_id='284178' first='Kyden' last='Barker'], 6'2" 190 Ball

A calm passer with quiet feet, touch, timing, and enough arm to stretch the field. He throws well outside the pocket, he drops the nine route in-stride to his targets, and can extend plays with his feet.

Joshua Greek, 6'6" 215, Frisco Heritage

Greek does a good job of stepping up into the pocket with edge pressure bearing down, he's got a quick setup and an easy delivery. He can drive the football through the holes in zone as an intermediate thrower, he's decisive on called RPOs and consistently places the football on his target's numbers.

Cameron Renfro, 6" 185, Manvel

Renfro is outstanding throwing off-platform and can alter his arm slot at a moment's notice. He can drive the football from the opposite hash, is a catch-throw passer on quick game concepts, and has plenty of athletic ability to pick up yards on the ground.

[player_tooltip player_id='833997' first='Gavin' last='Beard'], 5'11" 195, Aledo

Beard has a lightning quick release, steady improvisational skills, and can place the football through awkward windows. He embraces off-platform throws, he's creative and throws with natural anticipation.

[player_tooltip player_id='1479208' first='Jacob' last='Janecek'], 6" 185, Lovejoy

This kid is willing to stand tall in the pocket with danger incoming, he's got impressive touch on throws of thirty yards plus and shows a twitchy lower half. He's got good footwork, consistent ball placement and will take advantage of single coverage on the outside.

[player_tooltip player_id='1180281' first='Kaden' last='Arnot'], 6'3" 185, Vista Ridge

Kaden has good size, he isn't easily rattled by the rush and can add zip for cover two hole shots. He's got enough athletic ability to make pass rushers miss, he's a dot thrower on the run and will work to his third and fourth reads in the progression.

Darien Rogers, 5'11" 240, Cypress Woods

On tape, Rogers has a big arm and can stretch a defense over the top, he's accurate, doesn't force the football into coverage and can place the football away from safeties at the third level. He's a gunslinger that can drop dimes rolling to his weakside and is a feathery shot thrower.
