Talk about a signal-caller whose timing and progressions were on all night, Barker led his Knights to a big-time win over George Ranch in Week Two. During the polished QB’s first start since transferring over, the mental clock and intentionality of throws on all levels were impressive. While his exact stat line is not advertised, Barker no doubt threw for a couple of hundred yards and 2 touchdown passes at an extremely efficient level. Expect the Tulsa commit to continue turning heads throughout his senior campaign.

Kyden had an impressive outing at quarterback, throwing for 334 yards with 2 passing touchdowns while also adding a rushing touchdown. He showed poise in the pocket, accuracy on his throws, and the ability to make plays with his legs when needed. Kyden’s dual-threat ability kept the defense on its heels and played a key role in his team’s offensive success.

Another big arm pocket passer, Barker gets what he wants down the field and displays great touch on deep balls down the sideline. The South Texas slinger is extremely instinctive with strong pocket presence and quick eyes to find windows as soon as they open. Barker excels at slipping throughout the pocket and driving the ball forward in the face of pressure. He also demonstrates the ability to make plays outside the pocket off his back foot. Kyden had a stellar 2024 season, producing over 2,700 total yards and 33 total touchdowns. The recent Tulsa commit is in store for a grand senior campaign as he returns to the Knights’ high-powered offense.

He has great pocket presence, he navigates the rush well and he stands tall and delivers the football on time in rhythm. He throws well on the run with ability to move outside the pocket and make pinpoint passes down field on a rope. Barker had a phenomenal sophomore season, throwing for over 2,ooo yards and 30 touchdowns. He has offers from UNLV, North Texas and Texas State. He led Ball to the playoffs in 2023.
