As we approach the end of the month of October, we have now made it through ten weeks of high school football in the state of Kentucky. This has been an exciting football season and Week 10 was no exception with many impressive performances. While there was a lot of talent on display this past week, some players still find a way to stand out above the rest. With that being said, here are my offensive top performers from Week 10 in the state of Kentucky.

[player_tooltip player_id='619122' first='LaBryant' last='Strader'] is a quarterback who has been on my radar for a while now and continued to stand out this past week. Strader led Ashland to a win over Johnson Central, completing 19/25 passes for 236 yards and six touchdowns. He showed off his arm strength which he was able to use to stretch the field in the deep passing game. Strader also showed impressive pocket mobility, showing the ability to escape pressure while keeping his eyes down the field to find the open receiver. LaBryant currently holds offers from Pikeville, Rio Grande, and UVA Wise, and I expect more to come his way as he has the talent to play at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='735547' first='Jack' last='James'] is another quarterback who continued to impress this past Friday. He led his team to a dominant victory over Calloway County, completing 17/24 passes for 322 yards and five touchdowns. Jack is a very accurate passer, showing the ability to fit passes into tight coverage where only his intended receiver can catch it. He has also shown the arm strength to lead receivers down the field and hit them in stride in the deep passing game. James is committed to Troy where I can see him being their quarterback of the future.

[player_tooltip player_id='373042' first='Cortez' last='Stone'] continued to show that he is one of the most talented players in the entire state this past week in Central's win over LaRue County. He ran the ball 14 times for 164 yards and four touchdowns. Stone showed very impressive elusiveness in the open field, showing the ability to make cuts on the dime to make defenders miss. He also showed the speed to get up the field and run away from the defense on long runs. Cortez currently holds multiple Division I offers and I expect more to come his way as he is a high-caliber running back prospect.

Another running back who stood out this past Friday was [player_tooltip player_id='1175799' first='Luke' last='Ballard']. Luke was very impressive in his team's win over Campbell County, finishing with 12 carries for 221 yards and five touchdowns. Ballard showed off his explosive speed which he was able to use to get to the outside then up the field in a hurry to run away from the defense on long runs. He also showed impressive contact balance, showing the ability to keep his legs churning through contact to break tackles without losing stride. Luke currently holds an offer from Kentucky State and I expect more to come his way as he has the talent to play at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='378831' first='Kade' last='Goodin'] is a player who has been high on my radar for a while now and continued to stand out this past week. He led his team to a hard-fought victory over South Oldham, completing 18/32 passes for 264 yards and three touchdowns. Goodin showed off an impressive deep ball, using his arm strength to stretch the field with ease. He also put a nice amount of touch on his passes, putting the ball where only his intended receiver could catch it. Goodin also continued to showcase his true dual-threat ability, leading his team in rushing with 17 carries for 83 yards and three touchdowns. Kade currently holds an offer from Eastern Kentucky and I expect more to come his way as he is a Division I caliber talent who could play multiple positions at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='1489400' first='Cavalli' last='Pittman'] has had a very impressive junior season and continued to stand out this past Friday. He was dominant as a ball carrier in John Hardin's win over Nelson County, running the ball 30 times for 345 yards and five touchdowns. Cavalli is a strong runner who does a great job of keeping his legs churning through contact while keeping his balance to break tackles without losing stride. Once he gets into the second level, he has also shown the burst of speed to run away from the defense on long runs. Cavalli doesn't currently hold any offers but he is a player who college coaches should definitely be paying close attention to.

Braedan Kelley is a player who jumped onto my radar with a very strong performance this past Friday. He was very impressive out of the backfield in his team's win over West Jessamine, running the ball 14 times for 240 yards and four touchdowns. Kelley has impressive contact balance, showing the ability to bounce off defenders with ease without breaking stride. Once he hits the open field, he has shown the speed to run away from the defense on long runs. Kelley doesn't currently hold any offers but he should be a player to continue to watch during his senior year.

My final offensive top performer from Week 10 in the state of Kentucky is [player_tooltip player_id='971535' first='BJ' last='Evans']. Evans was dominant in the Commodores' win over Henry Clay, running the ball 36 times for 338 yards and three touchdowns. BJ is very elusive in the open field, showing the ability to find cut back lanes then make moves to make defenders miss. He has also shown impressive strength as a ball carrier, showing the ability to keep his legs running through contact to break tackles with ease. Evans currently holds an offer from Eastern Kentucky and I expect more to come his was as he is a Division I caliber running back prospect.
