Not surprisingly he was named All-Conference as an eighth-grader, shining as a dual-threat Quarterback. Look for him to play Defensive Back early, but also Quarterback and Wide Receiver.

- A dual-threat with prototypical size as of October 2024, standing in the neighborhood of 6-foot and 155-pounds. Size isn’t verified but his playmaking ability absolutely is, both with his right arm and his legs.
- The Shellbyville native came into the season with big expectations both personally, and as a member of Harris Middle School program. Rucker earned an All-County selection and helped the Eagles to their fourth straight CTC championship game.
- Despite coming up short in the championship game, Rucker has impressed as a student-athlete, as he was named Player of the Week and eighth-grade Student of the Month in September.
