Collin has kept the 2027 QB1 title for quite a while and will likely finish with it as he comes to his senior season. Collin is a true dual-threat quarterback with physical traits you can’t teach. He does a great job of driving the ball downfield and leads his guys in stride over the middle of the field. He’s a tough kid who can take a hit and seems to have that “it” factor you can’t teach.

I’m really impressed with Collin Boff Collin Boff 6'3" | 225 lbs | QB Harvest Prep | 2027 State OH , who gave his verbal pledge to Bowling Green. The 6-foot-3, 225-pound quarterback has a very musuclar frame, built almost like a linebacker. What’s remarkable however is that he is a quarterback with legitimate dual-threat ability and a very strong arm. Boff can hit receivers in stride, is very mobile to elude rushers, and can pull the trigger on the move. Boff had 2,734 yards, 26 touchdowns and a 63 percent completion percentage last season.

Collin Boff Collin Boff 6'3" | 225 lbs | QB Harvest Prep | 2027 State OH was a name that popped in 2024 with the great season he had with Harvest Prep. His biggest asset is his ball velocity. Several times, Boff fits tight windows over the middle of the field and at various depths of the field. He has a controlled arm that helps with his ball placement and accuracy. He can rip it short and lay the ball in pockets down the field. He can throw very well off platform and can go vertical while on the move. He has tremendous arm talent and can drive with accuracy. He has great timing and is quick to get the ball out on his deep throws. He can throw from several arm slots, and everything with Boff is smooth and fluid. As a processor, he can get through several reads in a play if his original read isn’t open, and you can see his head move as plays develop. In the pocket, Boff holds the ball high and well protected. As an athlete, Boff has mobile enough legs to escape pressure and can be utilized as a runner in the quarterback run game. Boff is our QB1 for a reason, and many, not just in Ohio but nationally, will learn who Boff is and ask if their favorite program is recruiting him.

Boff was surgical in the demolition of Columbus Academy. In a game that was widely considered to be an interesting matchup, Boff and Harvest Prep were up 35-7 at halftime. In the contest, Boff had an 86 percent completion percentage with two touchdowns and 262 total yards. Boff looks the part of a senior quarterback with tons of playing experience, but he is only a sophomore and will look to be one of the best quarterbacks in the class of 2027.
