6 Unranked Prospects In The 2026 and 2027 Classes

He does a good job of reading and reacting to the play and attacking downhill to make plays all over the field. He has good instincts and a feel for the game as a young linebacker. He also shows good speed and does an excellent job chasing down plays all over the field. Abercrombie should continue to grow and play this year for California.     Jayden Salata is on a 0-10 team for Daniel Boone, but has constantly shown he is a good player. He is a good linebacker who does a nice job of reading and reacting to the play and making tackles inside the box. For a 2027 prospect, he is showing how talented he is on the defensive side of the ball. He has also played as a tight end and has been mostly used as a blocker.     Chase Flynn is a hybrid defensive player that Freeport High School plays as a defensive tackle and linebacker. At both positions, he shows good athleticism to make plays all over the field. At defensive tackle, he is a match-up problem because of how quick he is off the ball. Flynn also shows good strength and speed attacking offensive lineman. At linebacker he does a good job of reading and reacting to the play and attacking downhill. Flynn continues to shine for Freeport on defense.     [player_tooltip player_id='1623525' first='Brayden' last='Collins'] is a good player at outside linebacker. He is equally as good at playing in space as he is at playing on the edge. When he plays in space he does a nice job of dropping in coverage and taking away passing lanes. He also does an excellent job of getting off blocks and making plays in the run game. On the edge, he does a nice job of getting contained and making plays in or near the line of scrimmage. He is also a good tackler, especially in space. Collins Is having an excellent year and should only improve.     Nicholas Schenkel is a good prospect at both the offensive and defensive line. The 1st thing that stands out from his film, is his size. He is 6'4 inches tall with room to grow. He has the prototypical size for an offensive tackle. He played as a left tackle this year and he shows a ton of promise. He does a great job of firing off the ball and blocking defensive linemen. He moves his feet well and holds up well in pass protection. At the defensive line, he shows promise as well, since offensive linemen have a hard time moving him off his spot. Schenkel has all the tools to be a College Football player.     [player_tooltip player_id='1555556' first='Tyler' last='Eber'] is a legit running back for Thomas Jefferson. He is having a good year and has been counted on for big games for Thomas Jefferson this year. Eber is a physical running back who is hard to bring down. When defenders try to tackle him he runs through there tackles. He also has a good burst and does a nice job of making defenders miss. Eber had 38 carries and 174 yards against Belle Vernon earlier this year. He seems to get better the more carries you give him. Eber is a good player who should only get better.
