<h2 class="wp-block-heading">In-depth analysis of the 2026 prospects making the biggest jumps in the updated PRZ state rankings.</h2>    Watson made a huge jump in the rankings to move inside the top 30 overall. At 6'4” 190 lbs. he's got ideal physical attributes, measurements, and upside for the major D1 level. Can attack all three levels of the field with his speed and separation ability, runs a 11.09 100 meter. Demonstrates good body control and coordination to adjust to the ball and make difficult contested receptions. Length gives him the ability to compete for the ball at the high point and win 50/50 balls. Still just scratching the surface of his ability and potential. Has picked up offers from Fresno State, Washington, and Colorado State with more high level programs on the way as he gains more exposure coming out of the central valley.     Galer moves inside the top ten TE's in the state with a well-rounded skillset and great upside. At 6'6” 210 lbs. he's got the length colleges look for with the ability to add weight to his frame as he develops. Strong in-line blocker with good pad level and hand placement at the POA, takes good angles and can drive opponents off the ball with his initial strike. He's a natural hands catcher of the football with the length and catch radius to make plays outside his framework. Effective route runner going across the middle that can find the soft spot in coverage but also shows he can be a great outlet for his QB on broken plays. He's a plus athlete that flashes good coordination and feet as both a run blocker and route runner. Currently holds offers from UNLV and NAU but look for his recruitment to rise with a strong junior season.      Under recruited TE prospect that moved up almost 100 spots inside the top 150 overall. 6'3” 220 lbs. he flashes good athleticism and movement skills. Strong route runner that has good initial burst off the line and can threaten deep or attack the middle of the field effectively. Sets up his routes with good a good stem and sells hard at the top. Strong after the catch, he can run through contact and flashes some breakaway speed in space. Aggressive blocker that can match lateral movement and overpower opponents at the POA. Only offered by UNLV thus far in the recruiting process but is expected to see a bump as a junior. Transferred out of St. Ignatius into St. John Bosco for the 2024 season.      Phillips is one of the fasting rising LB recruits in the western region this offseason moving to the number 28 overall prospect and #4 LB. He's a fluid athlete at 6'4” 220 lbs. with the speed and lateral movement skills to be a sideline to sideline defender. Constantly attacking, he plays downhill and violent to accelerate through contact and drive the ball carrier to the ground. High level anticipation and instincts to diagnose run/pass and trigger to the ball. He's got great reactionary quickness and short area burst to close space. Possesses a versatile skillset to play multiple positions in the front seven. Holds 18 total offers with 16 coming this past offseason including top programs such as Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Oregon, Utah, and Auburn.      The speedster out of Clovis North moved up 65 spots to number 67 overall in the updated 2026 state rankings. He's a dynamic athlete with explosive playmaking ability when the ball is in his hands. Has great feet and start/stop speed that allows him to make sudden cuts around defenders to be elusive in the open field. Possesses long speed in addition to his short area acceleration and a sustained second gear to break away from defenders in space. San Jose State was his initial offer in 2022 and has since picked up Montana State and Nevada.
