I get sent hundreds of athletes film sent to me by high school coaches, the athletes themselves, and parents. I receive DMS from all over the country from players from Georgia, Illinois, West Virginia, Texas, and Louisiana. Unfortunately, not everyone makes the list. These athletes below are a select few who shined above the rest. Let’s put the spotlight on them so they can shine, here they are.
Qyion Williams (24) | 5’10” 155 | DB / ATH | Yoakum
Qyion had a very impressive tape for only being a freshman last year. He showed he could cover well, trail receivers, and break up passes. He is also a big-time hitter and can make his way into the backfield in a blink of an eye. Look for this DB to be one of the top-ranked guys with a few stars by his name after it’s all said and done. FBS type of prospect.
Donovan Malone (23) | 6’0” 190 | LB / DE | Cedar Hill
Malone is dangerous off the edge. I like him best as a pass rusher that can explode out of stance like a canon and find his way into the backfield. Very undersized at only 6ft , I think he still has more room to grow and could even play a linebacker position where he stands up and drops back in coverage or rushes. He can definitely play. Beats linemen of the line with his sheer speed and athleticism.

Luke Ydarraga (22) | 6’3" 230 | DE / DL | Live Oak HS (LA)
Luke has the size and body frame to be a dominant force on the defensive line. He has a good first step off the snap of the ball and can beat offensive linemen by textbook moves. He needs some improvement as far as hand moves, adding more mass to his frame, but overall this guy can make his way into the backfield and make plays on the defensive side of the ball.

Jordan Laxamana (22) | 6’0" 165 | SS / DB | Azle HS
Jordan is a lean and athletic-looking defensive back. He can play the pass and run well. He shows he can bring the lumber coming downhill and light up the ball carrier. Against the pass, Jordan can play off receivers, bait the QB and break on the ball to break it up or make an INT. This DB has FBS / FCS level potential.

[player_tooltip player_id="60821" first="Ramir" last="McCray"] (22) | 5’11" 210 | OLB / MLB | Klein Cain HS
Ramir is one of the most underrated defensive players in the state of Texas. He is a deadly assassin coming off the edge and can beat offensive linemen no matter the size with his pure strength, speed, and athleticism. He has a dangerous spin move and knows when to utilize it. Great hand moves and he can also cover the pass well and knock receivers off their routes. Just received an offer from Louisiana College.
