Recent Commitment: UCLA
Notes: Larson who is one of the top receivers on the western region after breaking out as a Junior for Folsom has shut down his recruitment and committed to UCLA. This is a big time get for the Bruins as Larson should push early to play once he arrives next year and is poised for a monster senior year for the Bulldogs.

Larson was a guy who was getting open frequently during the one-on-one period and is smooth in all of his movements. He can create separation late in routes and bring down anything that is near him. Larson knows how to use his length and has good body control.

A lot to like about Larson’s skillset with his blend of high level size, athleticism, and ball skills. At 6’3” 190 lbs. he’s got the growth potential to be a college TE but possesses the movement skills of a WR. Deceptive speed, he excels as a vertical threat that can slip by coverage and track the ball into his hands. Times out his jump and competes for the ball at the high point with good extension and leaping ability. Strong hands with plus body control and coordination to make tough contested receptions in traffic, can fight through contact and flash quick hands to rip the ball out of the air. Like his adjustment ability and ball judgement skills. Holds three offers to his name thus far but has good upside and potential to add more as the recruiting cycle progresses.
3 Offers: Arizona State, Sacramento State, UNLV

Larson is a hybrid WR/TE and should be able to find his position of the future over the next few months as he grows and develops/fills out his frame. He is a long strider that covers a ton of ground downfield and has a huge catch radius with strong hands and can run a variety of different routes. He recently picked up offers from UNLV and Sacramento State, and was offered by ASU earlier this Fall.

Larson has quickly been establishing himself as a role player on this loaded Folsom offense as a Sophomore, and is previewing what is yet to come over the next two years for him. He has great length, is a long strider downfield with a huge catch radius and can go up and win on jump balls with strong hands and tracking abilities. Larson can stretch the field, is physical near the LOS when getting off man coverage and is a big and physical playmaker on the outside that is one of the top ’27 receivers across northern California. This past week, he picked up his second offer from ASU, and should be a multi-offer guy by the time his prep career comes to a close and is in line for a huge off-season this Spring.
