The 2027 Rankings have been updated based on some live evaluations and freshman film, there are already 5+ P4 prospects who hold FBS offers and a significant group of RBs that showcase some division 1 level potential. The rest of the offensive prospects in the rankings feature a few quarterbacks, a talented TE, and some intriguing WRs. There are no linemen in the rankings, as not many OLs either had film out at the time of these rankings or even played varsity as freshmen.

Check out the 2027 Rankings HERE

Top Prospect

In an era where Tight Ends are easily the toughest position to find legitimate FBS-level prospects [player_tooltip player_id='1248852' first='Oakley' last='Keegan'] is the best TE prospect coming out since Jeremy Ruckert from Lindenhurst in 2018.

Keegan is still developing physically, but at 6'7 already has a trait that comes really hard to find. He is 210 right now, but with three years left of High School, he will likely end up over 240 in college. His elite length already makes him a mismatch, but how he moves sets him apart. At 6'7, he is a smooth athlete who can change direction and shows some burst in open space.

Names To Know

Collins-Howard picked up his first FBS offer this spring, and the Aquinas WR prospect is already a very talented sprinter on the track. Collins-Howard was one of the top 100m sprinters nationally, falling within .06 seconds of NY prospect [player_tooltip player_id='426454' first='Kory' last='Brown'] and NJ national recruit Xavier Sabb.

Collins-Howard is also an impact returner and does his best work with the ball in his hands. He is twitchy in space, able to make guys miss, and does a good job of stretching the field with his speed. He shows a couple of reps of some really good ball tracking and making over-the-shoulder catches fading toward the right sideline.

Collins-Howard is a two-way player, but his skillset and measurements fit better at the WR position when it comes to being a recruitable prospect.

There are not often freshman contributors at Quarterback in New York, but Zeh took over the starting job after the season started and didn't look back. He does need to get bigger and will develop more arm strength through high school, but he showed the ability to make plays in the scramble drill and good poise for a freshman at the position.

Cunningham falls right behind Zeh because he all his film comes in reserve duty even though it is very impressive. Cunningham takes over as the full-time starter this season after Khaya Moses broke some records in Section V. Cunningham is a smaller prospect but moves well and does a solid job of sensing pressure. I have seen him throw live, and he can push the ball down the field well and does a good job adjusting velocity making throws at different levels of the field.

Davis is a QB/ATH, and while he needs to get bigger, he showed he can make plays with his arm and feet. It was a challenging year for Canarsie, losing so much talent to the next level. Over this recent offseason, they stocked up with even more young guys coming in. Overall, the team is still young, so expectations are more in the future than this year, but Davis can build off some strong work last season. There is a lot of progress he can make at the quarterback position, but his athleticism alone shows he could also end up playing wide receiver at some point.
