I would understand missing a few Public League prospects out of Philadelphia, but not any out of Imhotep Charter, a perennial elite program that boasts NFL-talent coming through it’s doors. Strange to not see Culmer on lists talking about the best 2028s in Pennsylvania. He’s a lock to be mentioned in the next National media recruiting cycle. Currently 21st on our board.

is currently ranked as a top 10 prospect in the 2028 class. He is that explosive of a wide receiver and athlete. He recently picked up his 7th offer from Duke, with many more coming his way. Culmer’s explosive ability as a wide receiver is evident in his film. I am excited to see him perform, and he has a chance to continue to rise as a player.

Culmer was the championship game MVP and the top target for 215 Playmakers N. He is an alpha-level talent and can make plays from both inside and out. He plays physical on jump balls and can make tough plays. He has a great get-off and can get past press coverage. He also played safety over the weekend. He can cover a lot of range and is a great communicator on the defensive side of the ball. Culmer has been given a lot of grace with his current ranking, and I can see Culmer rising over the years to become one of Pennsylvania’s top wideouts as he develops.
