These guys stepped up and produced big this season as freshmen, and are on pace to be some of Washington’s top recruits in the upcoming years. With multiple programs pulling the trigger early on these guys, it will be interesting to see what other offers come their way before the start of their sophomore years. Here’s a look at 3 freshman RB’s who have been seeing offers come their way as of late:
Jason Brown Jason Brown 5'10" | 205 lbs | ATH ODea | 2024 State WA , 5’10″ 185lbs, O’Dea HS

Brown is a big time back that will be a national recruit soon. He has been seeing offers come his way in late March and April, as he’s picked up offers from Nevada, Utah, Washington, USC, and Texas. Brown continued to prove he was a threat every week, as he plays much more mature than his age. He tied the school rushing TD record with 5 TD’s against Bishop Blanchet, and I assume he will break it in the upcoming years. He shows solid vision with a good initial burst and accelerates well through opening lanes. He does a great job running through initial contact. He’s shown excellent lateral mobility to swiftly get outside and into space. He shows solid balance to break or bounce off tackles and pick up yards after contact. Solid top end speed with big play ability, and has proven to be a threat between the tackles or on the edges. Brown will definitely be one of the most explosive players in the state for the next 3 years.
I have dreamed about wining Heisman Trophy one day! And now to officially have the opportunity to play for a school that has had 7 of them from their program is crazy! Thankful and happy to announce that I have received an offer from @USC_FB ! #FightOn✌🏽🟡🔴 #TeamFSP pic.twitter.com/0M6HjNjmKr

Unterrio Latin-Henley, 5’11” 185lbs, Eastside Catholic HS
Film: https://www.hudl.com/profile/15757216/Unterrio-LatinHenley
Latin-Henley is a speedy, explosive back that has recently drawn in offers from Nevada, Utah, USC, Arizona, and Washington State. His position versatility and athleticism will give him a tremendous upside in his recruitment, as he’s shown the ability to line up and run crisp routes and catch the ball from the slot. He’s got great twitch and short area quickness, and also has the top end speed for big play ability in both the run and pass game. He can take carries for big runs, or take the top off a defense as a slot/WR. He shows an excellent change of direction and cut on a dime with explosiveness. On film, he’s flashed a nice jump cut at the LOS to make opponents miss, and then springs himself into big plays. He displays solid physicality at the point of contact as he can put his shoulder down if he needs to. He’s creative in space and will be threat every time he touches the ball for the next 3 years, as we saw this coming back in early March.

Joshua Collie, 5’10” 200lbs, Spanaway Lake HS
Film: https://www.hudl.com/profile/14504515/Joshua-Collie
Collie recently picked up his first offer from Florida Atlantic, and projects to accumulate more offers before the start of his sophomore season. Although his film is more limited than Brown and Latin-Henley’s, he was still able to produce enough to land that FAU offer early. He sizes up with a nice and strong frame at 5’10” 200lbs, and shows big potential to be a top back in Washington next season. He runs with a purpose and will run through initial contact. He has a good eye for narrow developing holes and hits the lane well. Collie will be a big play threat next season, as I expect him to make a massive leap in maturity and production from his freshman to sophomore campaign. He is also part of “Heir Football” as well.
