The state leaders in sacks as a junior had close to 20 FBS level offers and made his commitment announcement just in time for my matinee game with the Orioles and Phillies (hence the delay). Picking up his first offer from VMI, Blacker is a lockdown corner who can play safety at the next level as well. Finally picking up what should be his first of many offers, the Navy Midshipmen offered Hall not more than two weeks ago. My colleague and the Director of our Virginia site Vic Castillo really like this young man's tape and soon after, the all conference linebacker started getting attention from colleges. While he plays on a loaded squad Main is all over the field at linebacker and could transition to safety at the next level too.
