<p>The ULM-committed outfielder led his runner-up Panthers with a .381 batting average with eight home runs, 13 doubles, two triples and 36 RBIs.</p>

<p><strong>Cole Corbello — 6-3, 185 QB — Iowa (2024)</strong></p>

<p>The senior quarterback earned district MVP and all-state utility honors with his 10-1 record, 1.019 ERA, 1.078 WHIP, a .176 opponent batting average and 64 strikeouts in 68 2/3 innings pitched, while also batting .333 with a .471 on-base percentage, two home runs, 25 runs and 18 RBIs.</p>

<p>The Giants' star running back also earned all-state honors as an outfielder this spring with a .420 batting average, 51 runs, 54 stolen bases and 37 hits — leading the team in all four categories — and 13 RBIs.</p>

<p><strong>Brant Melancon — 5-10, 165 WR/DB — Parkview Baptist (2024)</strong></p>

<p>The Southeastern Louisiana signee and district MVP was one of a couple back-to-back all-state selections as a utility player with a .385 average, eight doubles, three homers and 17 RBIs at the plays and an 8-2 record, 1.02 ERA and 67 strikeouts in 41 1/3 innings.</p>
