Prep Redzone Dakotas Combine: LB Standouts, Part II

Graham impressed me with his fluidity for his age and size, as a linebacker that plays with more depth like a hybrid safety in my eyes. His COD is where the upside lies as I feel his change of direction in Indy and 1v1s show off what is there versus what his testing numbers show. He was excellent with his change of direction as his short shuttle was one of the top numbers at 4.34 in a group of 24 linebackers in attendance. Logan also showed great attention to detail with his reps that I got to watch, as he was one of the most physical downhill linebackers in attendance. He impressed me in Indy drills with his instinctive vision, as I thought he was getting downhill faster than what his 2023 tape shows, which is great to see his development. Where he can develop this offseason is continuing that growth we saw at our combine, as there were reps on last year's tape that showed Brody having steps away from the ball and then having to react quickly to backtrack. He was on that passed the early eye-test right away in Sioux Falls being surprised quickly that he was just a freshmen. He impressed me with how much instinct and clear vision he played with for his age, constantly getting downhill in the reps I watched in Sioux Falls and Minot. I certainly believe he has positional flexibility to move into the secondary as he impressed me with his reps in pass coverage. Evan was impressive with his strength he showed off thru in the reps I got to watch as this kid played with the finish I love out of our linebackers as he gave off a blue collar demeanor. His first step certainly shows off plenty of damage if you leave him untouched. Love Evan's football IQ and as he certainly shows off the pre-snap reads on tape that translate well to the next-level. It was shown not only in testing, but within his 1v1 reps as his release has great and growing fluidity as I have always been impressed with his motor as well. He has grown a TON with his instincts and showed off more elusiveness when he got off his blocks during our combine.
