Talk about a running back that runs like a bat out of you know what with a full head of steam. He showed off precisely on his touchdown run last night, as a running back I caught wind of of his solid skillsets for the next-level at the Crown prospect camp. Carter also did a sound job in very tight windows getting his yards and worked his vision nicely getting the hard-earned yards as well behind what is a MASSIVE offensive line in 2A for Eden Valley-Watkins. I would expect Carter to get more next-level opportunities in the coming months.

Carter was one of my favorite prospects on either side of the ball at Crown, as the versatility he brings to both sides of the ball is was surely on point. His first step he showed off popped out right away in testing, and showed off the consistency I love seeing in a camp setting in every rep he had. He also showed off great hands as a pass-catcher even in high-traffic areas where even against bigger competition Carter constantly found a way during 1v1s. to win plenty of reps. Carter’s best fit looks to be in the backfield as a RB at the next-level, as he certainly showed off an under the radar sleeper out of the Outstate.
