Jaylon Stoker Jaylon Stoker 6'1" | 215 lbs | LB Princeton | 2022 OH 6’0 210 (C/O 2022) Princeton HS- When I was talking with some other about the talent that showed up at the showcase we agreed there were some dudes, there. Let me tell you Jaylon Stoker Jaylon Stoker 6'1" | 215 lbs | LB Princeton | 2022 OH is a dude. Jaylon is a well put together athlete, he’s physically imposing. I project Stoker to the MLB position at the college level. He can drop and cover and flip his hips to run in coverage. While their was obviously no hitting in the showcase his quickness and agility would lend one to believe he has no problems filling gaps in the run game. Princeton lined Jaylon up every where from DT to DE to OLB to MLB. In talking to Jaylon he’ll be primarily MLB and some OLB for the Vikings in 2021. ’m very excited to see what kind of jump Jaylon can take this offseason with a focus on just playing linebacker, because this dude fits the part. With a strong offseason of camps and showcases I believe Jaylon is going to fly onto the D1 mid-major to D1 P5 scene.
Delian Bradley Delian Bradley 6'0" | 190 lbs | DB Springfield | 2022 State OH 6’0 185 (C/O 2022) Springfield- When you watch Bradley it’s easy to see the physical tools that colleges love about Bradley. The speed, the athleticism, the explosiveness. It’s all on display when Bradley is out on the field. I project Delian to the free safety position at the college level. He’s that guy that will be able to line up and play the deep middle and cover the whole deep, and he’s also the guy who you can bring to the line to cover wr’s. It’s that versatility that will make Delian an asset to whatever college program he chooses to go to. Delian has been recruited by D1 power 5 schools and that’s where I expect him to end up.
Chase Stone 5’10 180 (Class of 2022) Kettering Alter HS- When I first saw Stone the first thing I noticed was how thick he is. He is already sturdily built for a HS, and he’s strong. I like Chase as a Press-Man corner at the next level. He has a real ability to jam receivers at the line of scrimmage. The nice thing is has has the ability to flip his hips, run, and recover when the receiver is able to beat the press coverage. I just love him in a physical man to man scheme. I like Chase as a high mid-major to low P5 guy if he can put together a good camp season this summer.
Corwyn Hurt Corwyn Hurt 6'1" | 185 lbs | DB Miamisburg Highschool | 2022 OH 6’1 185 (C/O 2022) Miamisburg- Yesterday we highlighted Miamisburg RB Christian Davis Christian Davis 6'0" | 195 lbs | RB Miamisburg | 2023 State OH , today we highlight another Miamisburg player in Corwyn Hurt Corwyn Hurt 6'1" | 185 lbs | DB Miamisburg Highschool | 2022 OH . Hurt is the long and athletic corner that is all the rage in college these days. I like him as a free safety at the college level. He excels with the play in front of him and has great anticipation, plays good angles, and has the balls skills to make the play without interfering with the receiver. I like Corwyn as a D2 or a D1 FCS guy at the next level.
Melvin Howard 6’1 175 (C/O 2022) Northmont HS- Melvin is a converted receiver turned cornerback. Melvin is another long athlete. He has the athleticism and foot speed to play at the D1 level. He’s still learning the CB position, but his potential is high. Watching Howard go through DB skills it’s easy to see Howards fluid hips and acceleration. As Melvin continues to hone his technique and timing, I could easily see him end somewhere at the D1 level.
Tyreece Lattimore 6’2 205 (Class of 2022) Stebbins HS- Lattimore is a late bloomer. While he spent his time with the defensive line at this showcase he’s a guy who I project to the WIL position at the college level. His explosive get-off and athleticism are impressive. He’s going to be a guy who you can walk up to the line to rush the passer out of a 2 point, or drop into coverage. He’s working to add good weight and strength this offseason which will help to solidify his game at the next level. I like Tyreece as a high end D2 or a low D1 mid-major at the next level.
