Cooper Nider
Cooper Nider
Nider is a player that should be on your radar as he will be one of the top shutdown DB’s in the 2A Front Range Mountain league. He is a physical player that doesn’t shy away from contact and is in on a lot of plays. He was able to get his hands on a fumble recovery and is a good open field tackler. He is good in coverage and is able to show off his hands being able to come down with INT’s.
Daniel Wise
Daniel Wise
Wise is a DB that can line-up at CB or Safety and make an impact at both spots on the field. He is a hard hitter and can dislodge the ball from receivers. He is smooth in his footwork and when he gets out of his breaks he comes screaming down to make a play on the ball, at times being able to take it the other way with INT’s. He has already received a couple of offers and should be on the radar this season.
Scheich is a hard hitting safety that can lock down his half of the field. He has good instinct, being able to read his keys and come flying down into the box to make a tackle. He has good hands being able to come away with INT’s at times, getting out of his breaks and making a play on the ball. He is good at getting the ball carrier down in the open field usually taking the ball carriers legs out quickly. He will be a stock watch player this season.
Tavan Haggerty
Tavan Haggerty
Haggerty is a DB that plays with a lot of speed and looks like he is shot out of a cannon when he comes up to make a play. He is a good open field tackler and can make an impact on special teams as well. He is able to track the football, attacking the ball and bringing the ball carrier down with a pop. He has a knack for separating the ball from receivers before they can complete the catch.
O’Brien is a DB that has good vision in coverage, being able to read through the receiver to see the QB and react on the throw. He shows strong hands being able to go up and high point the ball for an INT or be able to knock the ball down. He is a good open field tackler, tracking the ball carrier and not over pursuing the ball. With his speed he is able to impact the return game on special teams as well. He will be another player that will be a stock watch this season.
