6’4, 245 out of Upper Dauphin with a 3.4 GPA. Plays TE/FB in high school but I see a true defensive end long-term. Phenomenal wrestler, which shows up immediately in his leverage and hand usage. Picked up his first offer from Army West Point, which fits his profile perfectly. Recently visited Bucknell and Temple for spring practices, both strong fits as well. This is a surefire FCS-floor player with a Group of Five ceiling in my opinion. Some schools may push him toward TE, but I like him more as a defensive front piece. Should be ranked inside the Top 100, no question. Recruiting is trending the right way and should continue. One of the more complete two-way prospects in this range.

is a difference maker on both sides of the ball. As an edge defender, he is excellent at firing off the ball and using his hands to rip through offensive linemen. He also shows a good ability to attack the offense when he gets into the backfield by showing good closing speed. He also has excellent pass-rush moves. He is also a good run defender by making a ton of tackles near the line of scrimmage. As a tight end, he is a devastating blocker. His ability to lock on defenders and drive them off the ball is exceptional, as he has the strength to control defensive players. Savage is an elite prospect on both sides of the ball.

outclassed everyone in every clip I watched of him. The 6’3” 215 DE out of Upper Daughin has violent hands paired with a violent burst of the line of scrimmage. He often times is too fast, too physical, and too smart for opposing players. I couldn’t find a single clip where he is lost or out of place with his assignment. Savage has mike linebacker smarts paired with the violence of a division 1 caliber defensive end. While Savage has a few interests of D1 programs he too my knowledge is still seeking his first offer, and when that time comes it will be more than well deserved.

is a difference-maker at defensive end. He just explodes off the ball and gets in the backfield to create chaos. Sometimes It looks like he knows the snap count. Savage also shows good strength, and he is hard to move off his spot. Then when the play breaks through the line of scrimmage, he does a nice job chasing plays all over the field. Savage has shown the ability to make plays at defensive end. He should only improve going into his junior season.

put together quite the debut tape, impressive from a production perspective, as well as from a future prospect point of view. Pass-rushing and edge-setting tools are there to be fine-tuned, can witness him controlling TEs and tackles with his post-arm, shedding inside or out, which ever he sees fit. Slippery hands combined with a good burst/get-off have him winning reps early and often. Looks to have a clear attack plan after shedding, not every young pass rusher can flip the switch between shedding and hunting, Eoghan disengages and seeks out the ball carrier in a flash, great trait. Great motor, a 6’3, 215-pound frame to work with. Watch for UD to explore Savage at TE this coming Fall.
