Despite a narrow stance, Beasley’s get off was simply outstanding, boarder line elite and I can only imagine how much explosive he would be if he widened out more. I saw that Beasley used this camp as a tune up, as I think he might have been working new things. On a spin move he was unsuccessful and got pinned; whereas twice in a row he swam inside, would up a bit much for a loopy windmill and left his midsize open, vulnerable, and attacked.

First, Beasley brings real burst off the edge. Despite his thicker build, he explodes upfield and closes space quickly. In addition, he plays the run at a high level. He uses his hands well. He maintains leverage. He sets the edge and chases plays down from the backside with effort and urgency.

Moreover, his length consistently shows up on tape. He disrupts passing lanes. He gets his hands up. He alters throws. That ability to affect the quarterback without even recording a sack separates him early.

Right now, Beasley is only scratching the surface. As a 2028 prospect, his age, frame, and physical tools give him serious upside. As a result, this season sets up as a true breakout year. Expect him to push onto Power Four radars as a disruptive run defender and an ascending pass rusher.
