Charlie is a very effective hybrid player with a lot of versatility on the offensive side of the ball. He shows to have most of his success running the ball from the wing with the ability to go up the middle and has the speed and quickness to get to the outside effectively. Where he really impresses is how much of a threat he is as a receiver while also having the vision and elusiveness of a running back. For someone that takes a lot of handoffs, he shows that he is also comfortable lining up on the perimeter and running medium to deep routes. His ability to seal the edge while lined up as a wing also stands out and could translate well to perimeter blocking at the next level. He is definitely a player to keep an eye on as his many skillsets could make him an invaluable piece for many D1 schools.
