CODY FOX: The #1 prospect in the Prep RedZone 2024 rankings is a verbal commitment to the Iowa Hawkeyes. Fox 6-4 (270) offensive lineman is a three time 1st team all-state selection and projects to play offensive guard. Fox game film demonstrates good hand placement and good footwork to pull or pin inside the tackle box. Strong upper body and should continue to get stronger in Iowa City. Good football acumen with a high ceiling of potential.
KYLE RAKERS: The #7 overall prospect and #2 ranked offensive lineman according to Prep RedZone Iowa is a verbal commitment to Kansas State. Rakers had a very solid senior season and has really raised his stock due to some great talent displayed on game film. Rakers 6-4 (290) shows great technique and has the ability to defeat the DT/DE and get to the next level and latch on to a LB and take him for a ride. The Wildcats are getting a good one.
GRANT BRIX: The #8 overall prospect and #3 ranked offensive lineman according to Prep RedZone Iowa is coming off a solid senior season. Brix 6-6 (270) has a huge offer list including several SEC schools and most notably from the area Nebraska who is pursuing heavily for his services. Brix shows an ability to run block at the point of attack and open some good size holes. Will need to develop in pass blocking sets but has great potential to positively impact a D-1 school at the next level.
BRENNEN BLEGEN: The #11 overall prospect and #4 ranked offensive lineman according to Prep RedZone Iowa is Blegen who is a verbal commit to the University of North Dakota. Bleggen plays with an aggressive attitude up front and does a good job playing through the whistle and finishing blocks. WILLIAM STOBBE: The #15 overall prospect and #5 ranked offensive lineman is Stobbe 6-4 (285) who really improved this past off-season and has verbally committed to the University of North Dakota.
