Owen-Cratsenberg currently ranks among the Top 10 running backs in Pennsylvania’s 2028 class. This ranking feels more like a floor than a ceiling. A strong junior season could easily result in a climb of 50 or more spots. He enters the rankings with legitimate momentum and plenty of room to rise.

He also shows a good burst and quickness to make defenders miss. The other part of his game is his physical running style. He is hard to tackle, and he runs through contact from defenders. Owen-Cratsenberg is a good running back in the 2028 class.

In a 14-9 win over Absegami, Tevin Owen-Cratesenberg had himself a big game. He rushed for 172 yards and a touchdown. Owen-Cratsenberg is a good athlete who makes defenders miss and has quickness and burst that allow him to run by defenders. He should be able to climb up our rankings at the next update because he is a talented running back in the 2028 class.

He also shows off a physical running style by making defenders miss. Cratsenberg is the complete package as a running back, and he deserves a game ball for his performance.

Entering high school, he’s easily one of the brightest talents in all of Keystone State. Should see time as a Linebacker early, but on film I see him as a game-changing RB before too long.
