East Tennessee Midseason Standouts

He has shown great pocket presence with nice footwork and poise to slide and find throwing lanes. Pagach displays and excellent deep ball with the arm strength, touch and accuracy to drop the ball into a bucket. He is comfortable within the pocket and very accurate on his deep ball down the field with great ball placement to beat defensive backs. Wagner does a good job resetting his feet to quickly release the ball when facing pressure. Very good route running ability, he shows a good understanding of how to attack leverage and manipulate DB's with subtle change in pace and creating separation with violent hip shifts. He really stands out at the tight end position. Laisure shows good play strength to fight through contact in the route stem with very good toughness and strong hands working the middle of the field. Good awareness, he understands how to find soft spots versus zone and shows nice situational awareness near the sideline.
