[player_tooltip player_id='2452947' first='Cole' last='Goetz'] was a strong factor in this game, as he had plenty of carries in the run game for the Panthers. Straightaway, he showed the ability to burst into the open field on several occasions, picking up positive yardage. Even more, Goetz picked up short gains to move the chains, especially in the 3rd & short situations. When it came to the 4th quarter, he was able to break tackles off on a 3rd & 1 to convert a huge first down to keep a drive alive. Goetz finished with 19 carries for 67 yards, as he is a nice change of pace RB for Pittsford.
