He has a strong base and is a physical interior lineman. His footwork is good and he does a good job of not overreaching and he doesn't get grabby with his hands. He plays with good strength and physicality. He is a mauling lineman who does well in pass protection and does a good job at getting to the second level in run plays. With his size, he still shows clean footwork and he has quick, violent hands. He's a lineman who can play multiple positions along the line and is an under rated, under recruited lineman. His baseball background comes into play when you watch him get to the second level or when used as a puller. He has good quickness and his footwork has no wasted movement. He has good lateral quickness and he plays with good pad level. He is strong in pass protection and in run blocking, you really see how he impacts the game as an interior lineman. He is someone who at the D2 level has every right to make an immediate impact and an effective lineman from day one.
