Running Backs Who Stood Out Week 1 In Mississippi

He had an incredible game rushing for over 200 yards. This may not happen every season, but he is going to have a lot of games where he goes over 100 yards. Having a player like him in the backfield is a plus for a team. Winona is expected to win a lot of football games this season. Their team does not have a traditional quarterback this season. One of their top wide receivers is playing quarterback to help the team more this season. Jernigan was out there being unselfish as he threw blocks on designed quarterback running plays. He also found the end zone. He took it straight to South Panola. He is a 2027 running back who fans in his community think the state is sleeping on. This is going to be a season for him to come out and prove he should be mentioned with the other top running backs in the state of Mississippi. He is a stud who needs to be talked about more.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1600729' first='Latrell' last='Pogue']</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Pogue is a running back from Gautier who went out there and did his thing last night. He rushed for over 189 yards and had four touchdowns. There are going to be some big things going on for him this season. Pogues does a great job of reading and running in behind his blocks.
