[player_tooltip player_id='1593644' first='Albert' last='Simien'] is the No. 1 offensive lineman in the state when it comes to our rankings. In fact, he is even rated as the No. 2 prospect in the state when it comes to the class of 2027. The only prospect that Simien has fallen behind is [player_tooltip player_id='723579' first='Easton' last='Royal'], who is a wide receiver prospect. Simien is a beast when it comes to his strength and his hand placement on the offensive line, and he is one of the prospects with the best chance to succeed at the next level when it comes to the class of 2027 and teh state of Louisiana as a whole. I'm not shocked that he made it to No. 2 on the list, and I'm definitely not shocked that he is the No. 1 offensive lineman in the class.

Edna Karr High School is one of the better high schools, and it is partially thanks to [player_tooltip player_id='1593649' first='Zyion' last='Wesley'], who has held things together smoothly and correctly. Wesley is going to be one of the better players in the state of Louisiana as a whole, as he is currently ranked as the state's No. 21 prospect in the class, while also being ranked as the No. 2 offensive lineman. While he may not be the name that Simien is, it is safe to say that he is one of the better players in the class, and he is deserving to be on this list and deserving to have this ranking.

Catholic High School has an underrated prospect when it comes to their star offensive lineman, as [player_tooltip player_id='1801742' first='Jackson' last='Shaw'] currently ranks inside the top 40. He is measuring in at 6'6 and 260 pounds, but he is only going to get better when it comes to his frame this season. He ranks as the No. 39 prospect in the class of 2027 throughout The Boot, but he is the No. 3 offensive lineman as well. He could find himself claiming the statewide ranking, and maybe even the offensive line ranking if things go well.

[player_tooltip player_id='1251694' first='Jaylen' last='Haywood'] is someone who is only getting better on the field, but many know what they are getting when it comes to Haywood as a prospect. He has a great frame, as he currently measures in at 6'7 and 375 pounds, making him one of the bigger offensive linemen in the class. How he manages this weight and size is what makes him such an intriguing prospect, as he is quick for his size. Haywood will get better this season and could even find himself being a star at the next level.

The state of Louisiana rounds out its top five in the state when it comes to the offensive lineman rankings with Jesuit's [player_tooltip player_id='2085243' first='Griffin' last='Vorhaben']. Vorhaben is someone who will only get better throughout the reps he takes, but the most important trait to his game is his high IQ, as he has found himself being one of the smarter offensive linemen when it comes to chip blocks, along with his ability to pull block. Vorhaben will be a star this season and is someone who could rise in the rankings, as he ranks as the No. 86 prospect in the state and the No. 5 offensive lineman in the state of Louisiana.
