Recruiting Surge: Offers, Camp Impressions, and Commit Tracker

<p>In the third addition of our summer surge series, we track the recruiting ground that's happened over the last week or two. This isn't all of the recruits, but some who have been rising. These ten athletes are worth monitoring throughout the rest of the summer.</p>   <h2 class="wp-block-heading">OFFERS:</h2>    <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='1432031' first='Jamartez' last='Stroud'] is a prospect to add to the recruiting board. He recently received offers from Henderson State and Hendrix. He's a vertical threat who can stretch the field with his good foot speed. Perry has a basketball background, and his athletic ability is evident. He's a threat post-catch, immediately turning upfield. He recently earned an offer from Arkansas Tech. Mayhew displays solid intial quickness in his 45 and jump sets, demonstrating his awareness as he looks for contact if no one is directly lined up or attacking his assignment. He's open his hips quickly and fluidly when pulling playside and creating running lanes off the edge. He recently received an offer from McPherson, his first. He recently earned an offer from Lyon. The linebacker plays with heart, showcasing his high motor throughout the whistle. Gaines is assignment sound and flies to the football with good foot quickness. Morris recently earned his fifth offer from Central Arkansas. The three-down threat has offers from Arkansas, Arkansas State, Memphis, and North Texas. He displays good post-snap vision and the patience to let running lanes develop. He displays solid initial quickness in his pass sets. He demonstrates the ability to mirror opponents thanks to his solid balance and lateral quickness, which help him stay centered. He recently competed and impressed at the Central Arkansas camp. His quickness off the snap was a factor. Paladino is technique-sound, displaying a quick first step and the foot quickness to attack downhill and shoot through gaps to make a play on the football. He displays solid initial quickness in his pass sets and delivers a strong initial punch, showing good control at the POA. Castling can clear out gaps with active feet and solid pad level.
