He displays good footwork under pressure, shown in several plays in his highlights. Usually scrambles outside to make throws on the move or run for yardage. Albrecht showed that he is most comfortable making short- to intermediate-range throws. When he slips through the gap unblocked, Scott makes solid tackles in the backfield. Good in pass coverage, Scott made a few interceptions in pass coverage last season. Takes solid pursuit angles to make tackles and avoids getting tied up with bigger offensive linemen. Plays bigger than he is. What I like about Curry is that his 2025 highlights show several plays where he makes plays in coverage. Whether it's zone or man, Curry is sticky with the coverage. You're not going to lose him on any short or intermediate routes; his technique and ability to flip his hips help him stay on the hips of receivers. Not the biggest size-wise, but I can see him being put in the nickel corner position at the next level. He automatically becomes Perry Hall's best returning OL for 2026. As a run-blocker, he's an absolute mauler. Plays with good leverage and controls defensive linemen at the point of attack. He's usually the aggressor and has several pancakes in his highlight reel, proving he finishes plays. In pass protection, McCormack doesn't give up depth and is effective when combo-blocking with the offense center. Undersized outside linebacker who often helps his teammates finish plays, particularly against the run. Larson might be at his best when he's lined up at the edge and just attacks whoever has the football. Also a solid tackler on the perimeter. Physical enough to handle snaps at middle linebacker too. Would like to see him make more solo tackles this upcoming season. He lines up at both linebacker and nose guard/defensive tackle. Wagner's versatility also spills over to the offensive side of the football, where he's a fullback, helping to open up holes for the running backs. Is he going to pad the stat sheet with a ton of tackles, sacks, or rushing yards? Probably not. What he is going to do, and has proven it, is do whatever it takes to help his team win. You have to be tough to be undersized and play any position in the front-eight on defense and also line up at fullback to take on linebackers who are most likely bigger than you.
