PRZ PA 2028 Rankings Release, Nine Top 100 Prospects Make Debuts

100. [player_tooltip player_id='1681791' first='Marcus' last='Evans']   Previously on our watch list, [player_tooltip player_id='1681791' first='Marcus' last='Evans'] now cracks the Top 100 at No. 100 and earns one of the more impressive debuts in the rankings. At 6'4, 190 pounds with a 3.0 GPA, Evans carries the frame college coaches look for when projecting defensive front athletes. He remains unoffered, which makes this ranking notable considering how rarely unoffered prospects land inside our Top 100. Evans recently attended West Virginia University's 7v7 tournament with Uniontown and appears to have added roughly 10 pounds since his Fall 2025 playing weight. In my opinion, this is an FBS-caliber prospect whose recruitment could take off at any moment. The floor here is legitimate FCS football, while the ceiling could push much higher if the physical development continues. Tape opens with Evans working as an EDGE/OLB, recording a sack while showcasing strong pursuit angles, natural penetration ability, a relentless motor, and the athleticism to consistently stress offensive tackles despite still being somewhat raw technically. If the recruiting world catches up to the traits and production, I would not be surprised to see Evans climb significantly higher than No. 100 by the next update.     99. [player_tooltip player_id='2142918' first='Colt' last='Bish']   Previously unranked, [player_tooltip player_id='2142918' first='Colt' last='Bish'] debuts inside the Top 100 at No. 99 after a string of strong performances and continued physical development. At 6'6, 285 pounds with a 4.1 GPA, he possesses the size profile every offensive line coach wants to work with. Bish recently picked up his first Division I offer from Robert Morris after previously being labeled one of Pennsylvania's best unoffered offensive linemen. He has also made impressions at camps hosted by Syracuse, Penn State, and West Virginia, proving he belongs in those environments. I recently saw him in person at a PRZ event and came away extremely impressed with both his movement skills and overall upside. In my opinion, Bish is an FBS-capable prospect and one of the more intriguing offensive line projections in the 2028 class. Winning Top Performer honors at our most recent showcase only reinforced the evaluation. Still just 16 years old, Bish has all the tools necessary to continue climbing these rankings and could very easily finish much higher than No. 99 when future updates arrive.     98. [player_tooltip player_id='343967' first='Kayden' last='Stokes-Chism']   [player_tooltip player_id='343967' first='Kayden' last='Stokes-Chism'] previously debuted inside the Top 50 and remains firmly inside the Top 100 at No. 98 despite movement around him. At 6'3, 240 pounds with a 76-inch wingspan and a 3.1 GPA, the physical profile continues to point toward a high-level defensive end projection. He recently attended Rutgers and Temple camps, and I would not be surprised if Temple eventually decides to extend an offer. Stokes-Chism has undergone tremendous physical growth over the last several years, which remains one of the biggest reasons I continue to believe in his long-term upside. My grade on him has not changed, as I still view him as an FBS-level prospect. The floor remains strong because of the frame and athletic tools, while the ceiling rises if recruiting traction continues. His drop in the rankings is more about others rising than any decline in his evaluation. More Hudl tape and updated reps should significantly strengthen his recruiting profile and could easily push him back toward the upper portion of these rankings.     97. [player_tooltip player_id='1949452' first='Tahir' last='Edmondson']   Previously unranked, [player_tooltip player_id='1949452' first='Tahir' last='Edmondson'] debuts inside the Top 100 at No. 97 after repeatedly proving himself against elite competition in person. At 5'7, 140 pounds, he is not going to wow coaches with size, which makes this ranking even more impressive. Edmondson has dominated multiple 7v7 and showcase environments, making his presence impossible to ignore whenever he steps on the field. He remains unoffered, but the next step is turning those camp and showcase performances into tangible recruiting traction. In my opinion, he projects best as a wide receiver despite possessing enough athleticism to play defensive back as well. The size will force coaches to look deeper into the evaluation, but the playmaking ability is undeniable. Named team MVP following his sophomore season at ACC, Edmondson has consistently produced when given opportunities. If recruiting begins to match what he has shown in person, this ranking could end up looking conservative a year from now.     96. [player_tooltip player_id='1720854' first='Joey' last='Kovacic']   Previously unranked, [player_tooltip player_id='1720854' first='Joey' last='Kovacic'] enters the rankings at No. 96 and immediately establishes himself as one of the better offensive line prospects in Pennsylvania's 2028 class. At 6'3, 300 pounds, he already carries an ideal frame for interior offensive line recruiting. Kovacic remains unoffered, but I would argue he is one of the best unoffered offensive linemen currently in the state. He appears to have added more than 30 pounds since his last Hudl update while maintaining the size and power coaches want to see. In my opinion, his future is at guard, although he has enough versatility to provide value at multiple spots across the line. The ceiling here is unquestionably FBS football if development continues on its current path. His sophomore tape, posted in January, shows tackle experience while also flashing intriguing nose guard and interior defensive line reps later in the film. Betting on the combination of frame, program, and long-term upside is exactly why Kovacic lands comfortably inside the Top 100.     95. [player_tooltip player_id='1871602' first='Jared' last='Tuller']   Previously unranked, [player_tooltip player_id='1871602' first='Jared' last='Tuller'] debuts at No. 95 despite having less available tape than many prospects ranked around him. At 6'5, 320 pounds with a 4.04 GPA and a 2024 NJHS Outstanding Scholar Award, Tuller brings both size and academics to the table. He was part of La Salle's 2025 PIAA 6A championship team, a program with a strong track record of producing college football talent. Currently unoffered, Tuller earns this ranking primarily because of projection and long-term potential. In my opinion, he fits the mold of a future Division I offensive lineman and could become one of the bigger risers in the class. The floor is high because of the frame and environment, while the ceiling depends on continued development and increased varsity exposure. There is not a massive amount of tape available today, but I have learned not to bet against young La Salle linemen. We will revisit this evaluation in a few months, but I would not be surprised if Tuller eventually outgrows the No. 95 ranking entirely.     94. [player_tooltip player_id='1871591' first='Christian' last='Stiehler']   Previously unranked, [player_tooltip player_id='1871591' first='Christian' last='Stiehler'] enters the rankings at No. 94 and immediately becomes one of the more intriguing linebacker projections in the class. At 6'3, 240 pounds with a 3.5 GPA, he possesses the physical profile that should attract serious college attention. A three-sport athlete at Pocono Mountain West, Stiehler faces the challenge of drawing recruiting eyes to an area that has historically been overlooked. He recently attended our PRZ Showcase and continued to validate the athletic traits that landed him inside the Top 100. In my opinion, programs such as Temple, Buffalo, and other FBS schools should already be monitoring him closely. The floor remains strong because of his size and versatility, while the ceiling is firmly in the FBS conversation. His tape is currently his best recruiting asset, though I would like to see more defensive reps uploaded since I prefer him at linebacker over running back. If recruiting momentum begins to follow the evaluation, Stiehler has the ability to climb well beyond No. 94 in future updates.     93. [player_tooltip player_id='1548934' first='Javon' last='Johnston']   Previously ranked No. 179 out of 200 prospects, [player_tooltip player_id='1548934' first='Javon' last='Johnston'] makes one of the biggest jumps in this update by climbing to No. 93 overall. At 5'10, 150 pounds, Johnston still has measurable questions to answer, but the tape forced me to elevate him significantly. He runs track at Shady Side Academy and possesses the athletic profile necessary to project at a high level. Johnston remains unoffered to my knowledge, yet his film earned one of the stronger grades I handed out in this range. In my opinion, he projects as a defensive back despite showcasing athletic versatility and quarterback reps throughout his tape. The floor is strong because of the athleticism, while the ceiling could eventually reach the FBS level if he proves his speed and physical development. Later portions of his tape reveal strong ball skills, fluid movement, route recognition, and the ability to make plays in coverage that naturally translate to the secondary. This ranking is largely a bet on the tape, and if recruiting catches up, Johnston could continue climbing rapidly.     92. [player_tooltip player_id='1991940' first='Andrew' last='Rizzo']   Previously unranked, [player_tooltip player_id='1991940' first='Andrew' last='Rizzo'] enters the rankings at No. 92 and immediately stands out as one of the more puzzling unoffered prospects in the state. At 6'5, 235 pounds with a 3.8 GPA, he checks nearly every box coaches look for at the tight end position. Rizzo also boasts impressive strength numbers, including a 315-pound bench, 425-pound squat, and 255-pound clean. Competing weekly at Central Bucks South exposes him to quality competition and strengthens the evaluation. In my opinion, his recruiting floor should already be at the Ivy League or FCS level. The ceiling, however, extends comfortably into the FBS conversation because of his frame, athletic traits, and developmental upside. He displays the ability to block, catch passes, work in space, and impact multiple areas of the offense, making him one of the more complete tight end projections in the class. Being unoffered today may not last much longer, and I would not be surprised if Rizzo becomes one of the biggest risers from this rankings range.     91. [player_tooltip player_id='1733793' first='Joshua' last='Snyder']   Previously unranked, [player_tooltip player_id='1733793' first='Joshua' last='Snyder'] debuts inside the Top 100 at No. 91 and arrives with one of the strongest recruiting profiles in this section of the rankings. The Upper St. Clair prospect already holds Division I offers from Marshall and Miami (OH), which immediately validates the evaluation. At 6'0, 185 pounds with a 3.8 GPA, Snyder possesses the measurable profile coaches clearly believe in. His verified 4.57 forty further supports the athletic traits that have attracted college attention. While currently ranked as a wide receiver, he is more than capable of contributing in the secondary at the high school level. In my opinion, Snyder is an FBS-level prospect whose recruitment is only beginning to take shape. He brings the ability to stretch the field, create separation, make plays after the catch, and consistently threaten defenses vertically. With offers already on the table and additional schools likely to follow, Snyder looks like a prospect who could climb well beyond No. 91 before his recruitment reaches its peak.
