Off the Beaten Path: Prospects Recruiters Haven't Found Yet

McCabe plays QB/SS for Denver Christian measuring in at 5'10 160-pounds. In their offense, he is consistently running the ball. Last season, he went 37/77 for 481 yards, 48.1% completion rate, 6 TDs, 7 INT, 60 carries for 263 yards with 2 touchdowns. Defensively, he had 55 total tackles (34 solo, 21 assisted), 1.5 TFL, 3 INT, with 1 PD. McCabe has good athletic ability due to very good balance, change of direction, good acceleration, and speed. Very good vision with very good inside running. Follows his blockers to the open space and gets free. He consistently gains yards after contact by putting his head down and bruising through defender. Good throw power with a quick release. As a SS, he has good read and reaction speed. Thrives with contact and tackling the running back. An intriguing prospect that is looking to get better this off-season.     Ingelhart is an exciting RB measuring in at 5'10 180-pounds playing RB/MLB even punting as well. Last season, he had 61 carries for 338 yards with 3 touchdowns, 32 total tackles (16 solo, 16 assisted), 3 TFL, 1 sack, 1 PD, and 1 blocked field goal. Ingelhart has very good athletic ability due to very good balance, change of direction, speed, with good acceleration. He has explosive jump cuts to pivot from closed gaps. Once he reaches the 2nd level, he'll use his breakaway speed to blaze past everyone into the endzone. His contact balance is impeccable. Starts to stumble and regains composure while getting hit. Explosive running back that deserves more looks that he is currently receiving.     Leopardi measures in at 5'11 155-pounds. Last season, he had 31 receptions for 745 yards with 10 touchdowns. Leopardi displays good athletic ability due to very good jumping, speed, good acceleration, and change of direction. Very good release. Consistently beats the press jam and uses off-coverage to accelerate faster into his route. Very good separation quickness. Leopardi will use his speed to outrun the defensive back at the top of the route. He will also run back to the QB during the scramble drill. Very good ball adjustment and body control. Very good ball tracking and catching. Great job at adjusting to the ball in flight, making the catch, while holding onto the ball and getting hit. Strong hands. Leopardi also is a productive run blocker on the perimeter. Keep an eye out for Leopardi.     Brown plays WR/LB for Thomas Jefferson measuring in at 6'0 160-pounds. This past season, he had 35 receptions for 363 yards with 1 touchdown, 34 total tackles (15 solo, 19 assisted), 1 TFL, 1 sack, 2 INT, 1 FF, with 1 FR. Brown displays good athletic ability due to very good acceleration, change of direction, good speed, and jumping. Very good release against press jam. Thrives using the 1,2 shake to get free and create separation quickly. Brown does a good job at creating separation with his mental processing, speed, and play strength. Good ball tracking and catching. Does a great job adjusting to the ball in flight especially on over the shoulder throws. Good body control too! Once he gets the ball in his hands, he does a great job gaining yards after the catch. Look out for this weapon to be unleashed!     Hinderland measures in at 6'0 170-pounds going between LB and TE. Last season, he had 84 total tackles (20 solo, 64 assisted), 1 TFL, 0.5 sack, 1 FF, 1 blocked PAT, with 3 receptions for 39 yards. Hinderland has good athletic ability due to very good lateral quickness, good speed, balance, and acceleration. Explosive downhill linebacker with good sideline to sideline range. Hinderland has very good blitz take off speed. Gets under the offensive line's pads and uses his good block shedding to disengage and attack the backfield. Stuffs gaps and attacks. Hinderland uses his good read and reaction speed paired with very good competitive toughness to consistently help teammates finish tackles. A prospect that is continuing to get better throughout the years!
