Florida's 2028 class continues to make significant strides heading into the fall. From new Power Four offers to breakout camp performances, these underclassmen are beginning to establish themselves as names college coaches need to know.   Chayse Brown | ATH | 2028 | Lennard | @br4wnn   Brown has been one of the biggest offseason risers in Florida's 2028 class. The 6-2, 165-pound athlete possesses verified track speed and the versatility to impact the game on either side of the football. His standout performance during Florida State's 7-on-7 camp earned him an offer from the Seminoles, and he wasted little time announcing his commitment. Brown's athletic profile, length, and explosiveness make him one of the more intriguing young prospects in the Southeast.   Bruce Blanden | RB/OLB | 2028 | Port Charlotte | @BruceBlanden   Blanden is climbing fast while possessing one of the better all-around skill sets in Southwest Florida. Built with a physical frame, he runs with power and balance offensively while flashing real upside at linebacker. His motor, toughness, and willingness to play through contact consistently stand out on film. As more coaches evaluate his two-way ability, expect his offer list to continue growing.   Dracen Martin | DE | 2028 | Buchholz | @DracenMartin14   Martin already looks like a college defensive end. At 6-3, 250, he combines size, strength, and physicality with an aggressive playing style that immediately jumps off the tape. He plays with heavy hands, controls the line of scrimmage, and consistently creates pressure off the edge. After recording 12.5 sacks as a sophomore, Martin has firmly established himself as one of Florida's premier young defensive linemen entering the season.   Troy McLeod | LB | 2028 | Nease | @TroyMcLeod_   McLeod continues developing into one of the more complete linebackers in the 2028 class. At 6-0, 200, he plays downhill, tackles with confidence, and has the versatility to rush the passer or drop comfortably into coverage. His recent offers from Temple, Arkansas State, Georgia State, and others reflect the progress he's made over the last year. Expect additional programs to join the mix this fall.   David Hill | WR | 2028 | Jesuit | @davidhill_2   Hill has quietly become one of the more intriguing receiver prospects in Florida. Standing 6-3, he possesses excellent length, a large catch radius, and continues adding speed to his game. His spring performances generated considerable recruiting attention, and his upside remains extremely high as he continues filling out his frame. Another productive season could significantly elevate his national profile.   Cameron Burse | ATH | 2028 | Buchholz | @CAMRONBURSE1   Burse is another versatile athlete whose stock continues trending upward. His length, body control, and ability to track the football make him dangerous as a receiver, while his athleticism also translates well on the defensive side. He competes at a high level and continues showing positional versatility that college coaches value. As he matures physically, Burse has the tools to become one of the state's more sought-after athletes.   Kadin Flores | WR | 2028 | Mainland | @kadin_flores   Flores has steadily built recruiting momentum through consistent production and big-play ability. He stretches the field naturally, tracks the football well, and has the frame to handle physical defensive backs. His ability to create explosive plays makes him one of the more exciting young receivers in Central Florida. With another productive season at Mainland, expect his recruitment to continue gaining traction.
