The class of 2027 is chalk full of talent. Today, I will be identifying hidden gems that are flying under the radar. Last season, he had 54 receptions for 704 yards with 5 touchdowns, 33 carries for 66 yards and 2 touchdowns, 16 total tackles (13 solo, 3 assisted), 2 TFL, 6 INT, 2 PD, and 1 FR. Dodge displays very good athletic ability due to very good speed, jumping, change of direction, and good acceleration. Good release and smooth breaking out into his route. Very good separation quickness. Dodge uses his quick feet to make defenders miss and get open. Uses his speed to breakthrough at the top of the route. Very good ball tracking and catching. Plucks the ball out of the air and maintains his speed through the catch. As a DB, he has very good man coverage. Sticks like glue not giving much separation. Uses his timing and closing quickness to create interceptions or breakup passes. Good tackling too. With an off-season continuing to develop his skills, he'll be an even bigger menace to opposing teams!

Echelmeier measures in at 6'0 160-pounds playing receiver for Mountain Range. Echelmeier is a receiver that can stretch the field vertically and isn't afraid of taking a big hit over the middle. Last season, he had 20 carries for 95 yards, 13 receptions for 321 yards and 13 returns for 280 yards. He has very good athletic ability due to very good speed, change of direction, jumping, and good acceleration. Very good release at the line of scrimmage. Uses his shifty feet to beat the DB. Very good separation quickness. He'll fight through contact, or outrun the defender. Smooth route runner. Very good catching and ball tracking. Plucks the ball out of the air. Very good body control and ball adjustment. During the scramble drill, he makes himself open or finds ways to get open for his QB. Echelmeier has shown to bring reliable blocking on the perimeter for his teammates. A hidden gem in the class of 2027.

Frazier measures in at 5'10 170-pounds playing CB/RB. He only played 2 games at the running back position last season and made the most of the opportunity. He had 36 total tackles (22 solo, 14 assisted), 4 PD, 1 FF, 1 FR. Offensively, he carried the ball 35 times for 242 yards and 3 touchdowns. Frazier exhibits very good athletic ability due to very good balance, acceleration, speed, good change of direction, and jumping. He has a smooth back pedal and hip fluidity to match receivers breaking out of their routes. Very good closing quickness and timing to create pass deflections and disrupt timing. Good tackling. Here are his attributes as a running back. Very good vision paired with very good inside running to thrash the middle of the defense. Very good outside running. Once he turns the perimeter, he'll use his homerun speed to punish the defense. Frazier gets yards after contact due to trucking through his opponent, bouncing off would be tackles, or using a stiff arm.

Pridemore had a productive season on both sides of the ball. Plays LB/RB. Measures in at 6'1 230-pounds. Last season, he had 96 total tackles (42 solo, 54 assisted), 11 TFL, 2 sacks, 1 INT, 1 FR, 95 carries for 687 yards with 6 touchdowns, including 6 receptions or 34 yards and 2 touchdowns. Displays good athletic ability due to very good speed, acceleration, good change of direction, and balance. As a running back, he'll use his good vision to identify the hole and pick, slide, and accelerate into the open one. Very good inside running with good outside running. Good catching and ball tracking. Reliable out of the backfield. As a linebacker, he demonstrates very good range with good read and reaction speed. He's consistently near the action. Very good tackling. When he's rushing the QB, or stuffing gaps, he exhibits good get off speed and block shedding. Watch out for him this upcoming season.

Pennock plays corner for Severance. Measures in at 6'1 170-pounds. He had 30 total tackles (20 solo, 10 assisted), 1 TFL, 1 INT, and 1 pass deflection. He has good athletic ability due to very good speed, change of direction, good jumping, and acceleration. Pennock does a good job jamming the receiver at the line of scrimmage. Smooth back pedal while matching receivers breaking out of their stem. Pennock displays very good closing quickness and man coverage skills. Extends his arms to disrupt the passing play. Good zone coverage. Good tackling as well. I'm very intrigued to see how he does this upcoming season.
