Measurables: Pelzer is a slimmer prospect, standing at 5'10" 170-Pounds, and showcases a solid frame for a WR. He can look to add weight and muscle moving forward to fill out his frame.

Evaluation: Pelzer is a true WR, but can play pretty much anywhere. Pelzer has excellent hands, and shows good footwork. He is a true creator behind the line of scrimmage and can extend plays using his legs and quick burst of speed to stay balanced as a runner evading tackles. I want to see more natural route running and deep down field plays from Pelzer moving forward, but his ability to get open create plays and utilize his legs, make him a deadly threat on the football field.

Background: Eagle Academy III is one of the talented schools that competes in the PSAL 3A. Wright is a name who has caught my attention, and gone under the radar as a name to watch in the PSAL, and the in the state in the 2028 Class.

Measurables: Wright is a smaller prospect and is under both the height and weight charts. To reach his ideal weight reaching 170-Pounds would be the minimum but he should look to fill out his frame as he grows.

Evaluation: Wright is elusive, and he is excellent at staying on balance and through contact. He is an excellent pass catcher, and can make plays happen downfield. I like his ability to work with a safety over head, and he navigates space well. He is an excellent route runner, and he has a good tool bag of routes he can run to perfection. His footwork near the sideline is exceptional and he is an elite playmaker after the catch. Wright is an elite threat that should be receiving more attention at the next level, and is a name I am watching closely in 2026.

Measurables: He has a WR frame, and size, and is built to play the position. Standing at 6'2" he has an excellent height for the position, and he has good weight at 180-Pounds. He can add more weight to fill out his frame more but it is not needed.

Evaluation: Jackson has an outstanding IQ, and it is on full display on his tape. He showcases the ability to sit down in space, and rack up short catches. He is an excellent route runner, who can make sharp cuts, and gain space on any route. I like his ability to make the game seem simple with the way he racks up catches. He moves well off the line, and I like his ability to avoid contact and gain some early separation forcing DB's to play catch up at the beginning of plays.
