2027 DL Prospects on the Rise

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>I break down a few 2027 DL prospects who are on the rise after this recent spring period. These are players I missed on in the latest rankings but will make impactful debuts in the upcoming pre-season rankings. He's a player I am high on and look forward to seeing more of live in the fall. With ideal size, frame and length with a self report 78" wingspan; Braedon fits the mold of todays edge rusher. He showcase nice burst of the snap with good overall speed reportedly running a 4.8-4.9 40. With natural bend, Braedon plays low and has active hands, able to swipe &amp; rip passed OTs. Braedon's got fluid hips, able to re-direct/ turn &amp; run and plays with a high motor. A basketball background, he's got a tall, long, lean frame that could really pass the eye ball test once fully filled out. John shows the ability to use his length to his advantage. Once engaged he can lock out and keep blockers from getting to his chest, as well as long arming as he rushes. He showcases good bend and can chase down plays with explosive closing burst. He is active off the snap, with a quick first step. Plays with dynamic hands, showing a good swipe/swim move at the POA to get past blockers. As well as showing he can get skinny and shoot gaps to consistently get in the backfield to make the tackle. Daniel shows high play IQ as he routinely gets his hands up for knockdowns at the LOS. He also is a MIAA track champion in discuss with a score of 151'4", showing impressive power. He currently holds one D2 offer from Central State. A true edge defender, he can play rush DE or as a stand up OLB. Saw him earlier this spring and he possesses nice build/frame and good overall athleticism. Able to play in space on the edge &amp; scrape down the line to the ball carrier. Xavier showcases good hips and COD ability. He is physical at POA, will strike the ball carrier and plays with a good motor. An interior DL who shows great burst of the snap and quick feet for the position. Blake routinely shoots gaps, turns OL shoulders and slips through into the backfield. He plays with a great motor, active hands and good movement both laterally &amp; vertically. Blake is a spark plug DT that opposing teams need to key on. If not he can be a big time disruptor and rack up stats.
